Shipping Information

Pre Orders

If you purchased a 'Pre-Order' item, Pre-Order means the item is currently not in stock, so it will be processed and sent to you as soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse. If you order a "Pre Order" item and don't acknowledge this in the description/title, NO refunds will be given in this instance.
If you pay extra for DHL Express shipping on a Pre Order item, your item will be sent via Express, once we are back in stock.
Pre-Order times are an estimate and not an exact date. ** 

Please triple check all shipping details listed is correct prior to completing your order. Once your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes. The address submitted on order is final and any changes required are to be requested through the Courier Service.

 

Sales Duty and Import / Customs Fees

All orders are sent via a DTP basis. Any duty & import fees must be paid by the recipient. If you refuse the shipment from us/choose the abandon the shipment, you agree that you will not be refunded.
 

Shipping Disclaimer

We (Taki Trading Company Ltd), ship orders as soon as possible; however, this will not always be the same day that the order is placed. In general, please allow 1-3 business days for processing time and please note that during sale periods we may have additional delays. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. All dates are estimated. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when order is placed.

Customers will receive an email confirming their order shortly after the order is placed. If customer does not receive this email confirmation, please double check any spam folders.

Taki Trading Company Ltd trading as Luxe Fitness, cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Customers are responsible for providing Taki Trading Company Ltd with their correct shipping address - if a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.
If items are unclaimed at the Depot for more than 10 days, your item will 
not be returned to sender - This will be destroyed by our carrier.
Luxe Fitness holds no responsibility to cover costs and no refunds will be issued in this instance. You as the buyer are responsible for claiming your goods. 

Taki Trading Company Ltd do not take responsibility for any shipment delays by our carriers. No refunds/exchanges for shipping costs will be given in these cases.
We do not offer refunds/exchanges for "change of mind." 

For ALL orders placed online, store pickup is NOT an option.

 

International Shipments

We offer international shipping. Shipments outside of New Zealand may sometimes take anywhere from 1-5 days via express and 2 to 4 weeks for standard delivery.

Please be aware: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.

As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.
