How long does the challenge run for?
Eight weeks in total. The challenge runs from 9am 21st January 2020 - 6pm 17th March 2020.
When should I take the supplements that I get in my bundle?
LUXE Women's Protein Powder
On workout days: Take 2 scoops (1 serving) within 30 mins of your workout to help recover and build light muscle, as well as recover fatigue.
On rest days: Take 2 scoops (1 serving) in place of a light meal (breakfast/lunch etc.) or a snack to help keep you feeling full throughout the day so you can avoid overeating and snacking.
LUXE Ultra Sleep Burner
Take 1 scoop (1 scoop = 1 serving) with 200 - 250ml of cold water, 15 mins before bedtime.
