1 scoop of Luxe Womens Protein Powder
3 egg whites
1/2 cup of raw oats
1/4 cup cottage cheese
Small handful of frozen berries
1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
2. Pour over a hot pan.
3. Flip when the edges start browning, approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute. (cover the pancakes while they cook to help the inside cook)
4. Serve with toppings such as frozen berries
