This month our recipe of the month is 

Glutenfree Banana Choc Oatmeal Pancakes


  • 1 cup glutenfree oats
  • 2 organic free range eggs
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp aluminium free baking powder
  • some coconut oil


  1. Pour oats into a high speed blender and blend until they reach a flour like consistency
  2. Add all remaining ingredients (except coconut oil) and blend until you have a thick and creamy mixture
  3. Add coconut oil to frying pan and cook your pancakes
  4. Top with raw chocolate and fruit of your choice
