4. What are your top 5 workouts?
Pilates, dance, BodyPump, yoga, weight training
5. What are you top 5 nutrition tips?
Eat mostly plants, eat quality protein, don't restrict your diet, eat 3 meals a day, and don't ever feel guilty about enjoying food
6. What are your top 5 beauty tips?
Use vitamin C and vitamin A enriched skincare, cleanse morning and night, drink alot of water, find colours that suit you, and don't be afraid to experiment with bold colours!
7. Who are your top 5 role models?
Carine Roitfeld, Ayn Rand, Vivienne Westwood, Anna Wintour, Helena Rubinstein - all women who are super ballsy and did it their way, despite a lot of battles!
8. If you could give all Luxe Fitness readers 5 lifestyle tips, what would they be?
Find things you love about yourself, look for people who share your values and connect, don't settle if you're not happy in anything (job, relationship, location!), take your yoga off the mat and into your daily life, listen to music you love, and find ways to be active everyday!
